Carolina’s Notes
We woke up and decided to start our day exercising. We got ready and went to the gym and did twenty minutes on the stationary bike. We swam in the pool then soaked a few minutes in the mineral tub then showered. When we got home Tony fixed a wonderful breakfast. It was a great way to start this steaming HOT day in the desert oasis. Tony is ambitious and wants to wash the rest of the RV. Maintenance is required so the RV needs to be cleaned. I’ll do what I can but the heat is starting to effect me.
After our hard work, we went into town. We needed to find a place to update the blog and Facebook with our current events and pictures. We decided on McDonald’s because a fellow RV traveler informed us that McDonald’s offers free WiFi. Tony & I found out that the policy changed and it costs about three dollars. Neither Tony nor I wanted to hop from place to place trying to find WiFi so we paid. We completed the task and we were grateful that we were current. We decided to stop and get pizza. We found Mario’s Italian Restaurant. The food and service were great. Tony left his cell phone so we had to visit Mario’s twice in one night. All was well the phone was waiting for Tony in fact our waitress met him at the door. Again, food and service were great!
We got home and I was tired. So we didn’t soak in the hot tub. We relaxed at home until bed. It was a great day.
Tony’s Notes
I was very happy that the park allowed us to wash the RV at our site. Most RV Parks do not allow you to wash or do maintenance on your RV’s. We were able to get Harry washed from top to bottom. This will allow me to do some much needed calking during the next couple of days. There is some water damage under the right side passenger windows and I jope the calking will seal any leak.
We definitely enjoyed our day, and I loved the fact that we were able to get a great cardio workout and swim in first thing this morning.
